IC_1284

IC 1284 is an emission nebula located in the constellation Sagittarius about 5540 light years distant. Adjacent to it are the reflection nebulae NGC 6589 (IC 1283) and NGC 6590. Reflection nebulae do not appear as bright with this colour filter.
