Locating M44 led me to the star Acubens (in Cancer) with M67 in close proximity. Not as bright at M44 but more compact, i.e., more stars in the central core. This cluster could easily be found naked eye.

Constellation:  Cancer
Type: Open Cluster
Magnitude: 6.9
